KiddyKeys® is a preschool Piano Preparation & Music Education Class designed for 3 to 5 year olds. While we utilize movement and song in our classes, we also “play” piano and learn piano and music concepts.

KiddyKeys® classes are in the mornings at the Plymouth Public Library and Growing Generations Daycare in the new Generations building in Plymouth and in the evening at the Piano Studio. Classes are 30 minutes long and have a maximum of six children. For specific times and dates, see the KiddyKeys® Sign-up Form above.

The Mozart Year is offered in five 6-week sessions. Each session introduces new musical concepts.

Mozart 1: Meet Mozart, High & Low, Piano (soft) & Forte (loud), Finger numbers, Bubble Hands
Mozart 2: 2 Black Keys & CDE, 3 Black Keys & FGAB
Mozart 3: The Musical Alphabet, The Quarter, Half, Dotted Half and Whole Notes
Mozart 4: Review note values, Mozart, Bubble Hands, The Musical Alphabet -- Introducing The Staff
Mozart 5: The G Clef, The F Clef, Middle C, Treble G & Bass Clef F

The classes use songs, games, rhythm instruments, electric piano & books.

Other resources I bring to the KiddyKeys® classes are my experience as a Kindermusik™ teacher and using early childhood piano methods.

Tuition is $50 for each 6-week session. A one-time-only Materials Fee of $25 covers materials for all 30 weeks. MusicLink scholarships are honored and a sliding fee scale is available.
